We use a matting agent that degrades less and retains its physical properties longer compared to conventional matting agents. A wide variety of matte colors are available.

Coloring

You can choose the dyeing method best suited to your application.

The two major types of dyeing we offer at our factory in Japan are "Spundyeing" and "Piece-dyeing".
We will be happy to consult with you to determine which method works best for your specific needs.

Spun dyeing

Compound

Colorants made by kneading highly concentrated dyes and pigments into resin. Color shades can be easily changed by adjusting the amount of dye or pigment mixed in with the natural pellets.

White Masterbatch

A matte finish to reduce surface gloss.

Color Masterbatch

Colorant in powder form. It is an inexpensive dye, but difficult to use because of the small amount needed for color adjustments. This complicates the process of achieving a specific color and can result in uneven coloration.

Piece-dyeing

Dyes

Clear and vivid colors with transparency.

Pigments

Color reproduction is excellent because color hues can be accurately adjusted.
